COMMENTS:

Ask at a full service health store.

Usually grapes seed extract, horsechestnut and burdock root are the recommended herbs. A high quality Vit. C may also help.

Horse Chesnut supplements have been shown to improve varicose veins so will probably work for spider veins too. Basically it helps increase circulation.

I recently learned about the benefits of hot towel scrubbing. This is not a product/supplement but a personal care routine which basically entails scrubbing your body down with a hot, wet towel. One of the many benefits is increased circulation, which, as noted above, helps with spider veins and varicose veins.

Instructions and more information about the benefits can be found at Stiggly Holistics NYC: Hot Towel Scrub.
