Reduce car vibrations safely?
QUESTION:
My very EMF-sensitive son is really bothered by our car's vibraions (and its EMFs. We spend a lot of time in it due to lack of safe environments.) Clueless, I searched on the net and found that damping material is made to reduce vibrations and sound. You can line the car with it (engine hood, dash, floor, door). One kind (Hushmat Ultra) is peel and stick. I was excited about a possible help, but then realized that the materials may cause a bigger problem with his chemical sensivities. I'm not sure yet what they are made of - looks like vinyl, one is butyl. Suggestions, please. Thanks!!

DEBRA'S ANSWER:
You are wise to check out the materials before you line your car with this. I have no experience with this product, so would need to know exact brand names of the products you are considering to comment.
Readers, any experience with this?
Debra :-)
I can't ride in many cars either. It feels like a grenade is exploding in my head.I actually get out a such a car when it's moving!
Sometimes sitting in the back seat helps.
There is a site that lists EMFs for some cars and modifications that can be made. I can't remember where, so try a search engine. Or ask at rocky mountain health institute, lessemf.com, Janet Newton at EMF Policy Network
